Unlike generic enclosures, our integrated design includes all the power distribution, protection, and control elements required for safe, dependable operation and future expandability.

Factory Tested and Verified for Peace of Mind

We provide engineered busbars, precision wiring, and optimized layout for lowest inductance and clean, organized power routing, with required SAFETY protections in place. This reduces noise, miswiring risk, and setup errors — ensuring safe, repeatable, high-performance results.

  • Mains Circuit Breaker Protections
    Rear Vertical Busbar links the Mains power to each unit through plug-in circuit breakers for fast, secure connections. These are located between the busbar module and the rear panel of each 4U power unit.

  • Integrated Power Distribution
    EPO, mains input switch, and quick disconnects for each module.

  • Low Impedance Output Power Copper Bus Bar System
    Convenient load connection terminals and cable strain reliefs near rear bottom.

  • Built-In Safety Relays & Protections
    Monitors key interlocks—including the front Emergency Stop, rear door switch, and remote stop connector—to ensure safe operation.

  • Single-Point Mains Input Terminal – Simplifies setup with built-in circuit breaker isolation for each module with main disconnect switch for system shutdown.

  • Safety Built-In – Door safety switches and IP20-rated industrial enclosures protect operator.

  • Multi-Function Output Capability – Separate output phase and neutral connections for 1-, 2-, or 3-phase AC and DC operation.

  • Parallel Operation – Two or more programmable power sources can be paralleled using integrated bus bars with slide-in compression connections.

  • Flexible Output Modes – Supports AC, DC, and electronic load configurations.

Standard Cabinet Sizes

Select from 3 standard-depth cabinets (18U, 32U, and 42U) that are right-sized and mobile-friendly. Please check door height for 42U.

  • Unused positions are filled with blank panels when fewer than the maximum number of modules are installed.
  • Parallel up to 2 cabinets, maximum power varies by product series. Air flows front-to-back through the cabinet.
  • Maintain at least 3 ft (1 m) of clearance at both the front and rear for proper airflow.
