Return Material Authorization Form (RMA)

All repair returns to Pacific Power Source must include a “Return Material Authorization” or RMA number. To receive an RMA number, please contact us at Toll-Free(USA): + 1(800) 854-2433 or email us at support@pacificpower.com
If your item was not purchased directly from us, please contact your sales representative to make arrangements with them for the return of your product.
1. Please make sure RMA number is visible on shipping box.
2. We kindly ask that our equipment be returned in the original or similar packaging. Packaging of a quality less than that of the original packaging can result in shipping damage, which as a normal rule, we would not be responsible for regardless of repair status ( warranty or cost repair). If sending multiple units, do not stack units one on top of the other to prevent cosmetic damage resulting from rubbing parts during shipment.

Service Limited Warranty

Pacific Power Source (PPS) warrants repair work to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of ninety (90) days from the invoice date. This warranty applies to replaced parts or subassemblies only. This warranty does not include batteries. All shipping and packaging changes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Pacific Power Source will not accept debit memos for returned power sources or subassemblies. Debit memos will cause return of power sources or subassemblies without repair. This warranty is exclusive of all warranties, express or implied.

General Terms & Conditions

The General Terms & Conditions document defines payment terms, shipping charges, title passage, packaging, indemnification, warranty terms as well as Pacific’s Service & Spare Parts Limited Warranty. We encourage you to read these terms and conditions very carefully. Any additional or different terms or conditions in any form presented by you (“the customer”) outside of the Pacific Power Source, Inc. General Terms & Conditions are hereby deemed to be material modifications and notice of disapproval to them and rejection of them is hereby delivered.
Any general description of the types of products, applications, and or options posted on the website does not constitute part of the agreement between seller and customer.
